Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 5 cups for 3 sponge cake:refined flour


  • 4 cups curd


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 3 tsp baking soda


  • 10 tbsp refined oil


  • 4 cups castor sugar


  • 4 tsp vanilla essence


  • 500 gms butter icing for 3 cakes:nutralite butter


  • 2 1/2 cups icing sugar


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 1 tbsp glazed chocholate syrup


  • 1 piece grated chocolate,big


  • 1 tbsp chopped tin cocktail fruits


  • 1 tsp chopped almonds


  • 1 tbsp strawberry crush


  • 1 kgs white fondant paste


  • 4 nos different gel col as required


  • 1 cups jellies


  • 1 cups gems

Directions

  • For sponge cake..sieve refined flour.
  • Mix curd and sugar.
  • Add baking soda and baking powder.
  • Slowly add refined oil and mix it.
  • Now add essence.
  • Now add refined flour in batches and keep on mixing.
  • Its time to grease mould.
  • Pour batter in 3 moulds of different sizes.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°
  • Check out with the help of a knife or screwer,if it comes out clearly it means cakes are baked.
  • Demould thEm once cooled.
  • Now for butter icing,mix icing sugar in small amount and 1 block of chilled buttet and beat in electric beater.
  • Add on milk and remaining icing sugar and butter one by one and beat it.
  • Beat till fluffy,keep it on one side.
  • Now layering lower most cake..
  • Cut the sponge cake into 3 slices.
  • Spread butter icing on both slices with the help of stapula.
  • Now spread glazed chocolate and add grated chocolate on top of it.
  • Keep all layers on top of another.
  • Again cover the top and sides of cake with thinlayer butter icing.
  • Freeze it for sometime.
  • Now for middle cake..
  • Slice the cake into 2 pieces.
  • Spread icing on one slice.
  • Now place chopped fruits and chopped almonds on top of it.
  • Carwfully place other layer.
  • Now cover the cake with the thin layet of butter icing.
  • Freeze it for sometime.
  • Now for topmost cake.
  • Cut the sponge cake into 2 pieces.
  • Spread butter icing and strawberry crush.
  • Again cover with tohe other slice and cover whole with cream.
  • Freeze it for sometime.
  • Preparation of Fondant..
  • Tak a portion of white Fondant paste.
  • Divide it into 5 in desired amount.
  • Mix a pinch of gel colour and knead well.
  • Roll out pink col fondant and cut with cookie cutter in the shape of leaf.
  • Likewise give all required shapr.
  • Roll white and yellow fondant and press them with the help of rolling pin and create dedign with the help of designing tool.
  • Now roll yellow fondant and cover lower cake and press gently,remove excess fondant.
  • Like wise cover middle cakr with blue and top most cske with pink.
  • Place the twisred ribbon on top most part.
  • Stick icecream cones fondant on middle cake.
  • Place small pink circles in between icecream fondant.
  • When decoration is completed,place all cakes on one another.
  • Tske a muffin mould,roll out yellow fondant and place in muffin mould.
  • After 2,3 minutes demould it.
  • Place this muffin on top of pink fondant cake.
  • Fill this muffin with gems and chocolates.
  • Place fondant balls on the lower mist cake all over in a circular motion.
  • Decorate cake
